A booking deposit equal to 30% of
total is due when reservation is made.
A security and cleaning deposit
of $200 is required for all events. The deposit will be
fully refunded within 24 hours following the event, provided
that extra cleaning, replacement, or damage repair is not
needed.
A $25 cancellation fee will be
charged if
a reservation is cancelled.
