and chairs, TV/DVD, and fully equipped mini-kitchen for preparing
snacks or continental breakfast.

Deposit and Refund Policy:
A booking deposit equal to 30% of
total is due when reservation is made.
A $25 cancellation fee will be
charged if
a reservation is cancelled prior to ten days before the arrival date.
If a reservation is cancelled ten or less days before the
arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the first nights
lodging will be charged.
