to a cozy sitting area with a sofa, table
and chairs, TV/DVD, and fully equipped mini-kitchen for preparing
snacks or continental breakfast.

This was the girl's room. Many locals
remember sleepovers at Anne Rudder's house and how cozy her bedroom
was. Jennifer Jessup redecorated the "girl's room" with a 50's
motif, adding a large shower and makeup area in the bathroom.
Jennifer has headed East to school, making this spectacular room
available to guests.
The custom private bath includes a luxury shower and
separate bathtub. Just off the bathroom is a large dressing
area with full-length mirror and makeup table.

Deposit and Refund Policy:
A booking deposit equal to 30% of
total is due when reservation is made.
A $25 cancellation fee will be
charged if
a reservation is cancelled prior to ten days before the arrival date.
If a reservation is cancelled ten or less days before the
arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the first nights
lodging will be charged.
